This “seeing through” white shirt collection
is inspired by the Italian-Argentina artist Lucio Fotana, the found of
Spatialism. His “White Manifesto” states
that: “Matter, color and sound in motion are the phenomena whose simultaneous
development makes up the new art.”
I adopt some of his ideas try to create a
lively shadow and cuts out wavy silhouette by using soft TPU material. The
collection also features the most important idea of Spatialism that is to break
the two-dimension space into another endless space. One of my key detail is
black strap with some unstitching parts protruding and extending out from the
shirt.
